Research
After a bachelor’s degree in speech and language therapy at the Haute Ecole Léonard de Vinci (2020), I obtained a master’s degree at the Université Libre de Bruxelles (2023). After studies, I worked for five years as a school inclusion assistant, where I developed a strong interest in adapted and inclusive pedagogical practices. My academic and professional journey has been driven by a desire to better understand and support children with intellectual developmental disabilities, particularly in terms of communication.
I currently work under the supervision of Nathalie Thomas (LCLD) and Gaétane Deliens (ACTE) and my research focuses on augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) and its implementation in the daily lives of children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), with a particular emphasis on school inclusion.
